Here's our last toddy temptation! A classic Tom & Jerry cocktail is a great variation on a toddy using both bourbon and rum. For many, this traditional cocktail is a holiday staple but perfect for any cold weather warm up! Try it with our High Cotton Bourbon! Separate 6 eggs, you'll use both the yolks and the whites. Beat the egg yolks in a large mixing bowl until smooth and opaque. Blend ½ tsp ground allspice and ground cinnamon and ¼ tsp ground cloves with the yolks. Beat the egg whites in a medium bowl until stiff. Blend the egg whites into the yolks. Add 1 ½ pounds powdered sugar in two parts, mixing well each time. Blend in 1 ounce of High Cotton. To serve, put 2 ounces of batter into a mug and add ½ oz of rum and ½ oz of High Cotton Bourbon. Top off with hot water.
