We are currently open Thursday (1-7 pm) and both Friday and Saturday (10 am - 7 pm).

Yes, we are! We have folks bring dogs in every weekend. To us, dogs are family.

Our best selling moonshine is Salted Caramel…yummy!  Our White Hot Cinnamon Whiskey is a hit with our customers!  And we’re certainly making a splash in the vodka and bourbon markets as well!

If you want an indepth answer, stop in and ask us. We would love to tell you all the details. 

As a quick answer, the very first step is to cook your grains. This converts the starches to sugars. You then ferment the sugars that you've just created. Once fermented, you distill this to separate out your alcohol.

Distillation is just leveraging the fact that alcohol boils at a lower temperature than water. So, all you're doing is pulling your alcohol off and leaving your water behind. It really is that simple.

We are distributed by KW Beverage in the Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC markets. Please talk to your rep in these markets and ask them to supply you with Hollow Creek spirits. If you are outside of these markets, having problems getting our spirits inside these markets, or just still have questions, please contact us directly and we'll help you through the process!

We are currently distributing William Alan Bourbon, High Cotton Bourbon, Low Water Vodka, and White Hot Cinnamon Whiskey  throughout South Carolina!  Also, recently forced by popular demand, we've started distributing some of our most popular moonshine flavors including Sea Salt & Caramel, Carolina Honey and Peppermint (seasonally).  If your favorite liquor store, bar or restaurant doesn’t have our products, just ask for it.  If they are having any trouble getting our product, they can contact us directly and we'll be happy to help.
